For Physicians: New ERN RARE-LIVER Survey on Alcohol Use

ERN RARE-LIVER has constructed the survey “Counselling Young Adults With Liver Disease On Alcohol Use”. The survey will be open until 8 September, 2024. It consists of max. 10 pages and it will take 10 to 15 minutes to respond.

Alcohol is very much part of young people’s daily life and social interactions with peers. Given that evidence is lacking, doctors and health professionals who take care of patients with liver disease often ask for advice. The aim of this survey is to get an overview of how young people with chronic compensated liver disease are advised on the use of alcohol across Europe.

In order to gather as much information as possible on this important topic, we are reaching out to the members of ERN RARE-LIVER and beyond. We are inviting adult and paediatric hepatologists to respond, with no limitation in participants per centre. Please feel free to distribute the survey link amongst your colleagues!

The survey will be open until 8 September, 2024. It consists of max. 10 pages and it will take 10 to 15 minutes to respond.
