The diagnosis and treatment of very and ultra-rare primary liver malignancies can be challenging. A group of international experts including ERN RARE-LIVER representatives have worked together to gather available knowledge on these tumours. They have written a position paper with clear advice from diagnostic and therapeutic points of view.
