CPMS 2.0: Key Updates and Important Information

The new CPMS (Clinical Patient Management System) 2.0 is now fully available, offering new features and improvements to enhance the user experience. ERN RARE-LIVER will also be launching the CPMS Live Case Discussion Series, starting in June 2025.

Key updates include:

  • a simplified sign-up process, allowing users to create or access their accounts directly via EU Login within CPMS 2.0, eliminating the need for additional registration via the SAAS platform.
  • expert invitations and cross-ERN panels
  • Live Case Discussions that are now easier to schedule within CPMS. ERN RARE-LIVER is starting a series of Live Case Discussion, starting with the first one on 6 June 2025. Further information will follow.
  • improved communication tools, making it easier for clinical users to interact within panels and with other professionals. For those new to CPMS 2.0, there’s a CPMS 2.0 Care Video Tutorial available to help guide users through the updated system.

Please note also: 

  1. To access CPMS 2.0, use the EU Login App, as the previous SMS authentication method has expired. 
  2. There is still a test version of CPMS 2.0 online. This version should be ignored, as no panels can be edited there. Please make sure that you are using the right version of 2.0
