Study: Complementary use of autoantibody detection methods in diagnosis of juvenile AIH and ASC

A new European multicentre study shows that modern ELISA-based markers—especially F-actin and polyreactive IgG—outperform traditional testing and significantly improve diagnostic accuracy in children. The findings point toward a smarter, multi-platform approach that could reshape future diagnostic algorithms.
