Research focus

EJP RD – Networking Support Scheme (NSS) (next collection dates: 1 December 2022)

The first aim of the Networking Support Scheme in the European Joint Programme on Rare Diseases (EJP RD) is to encourage sharing of knowledge on rare diseases or rare cancers between health care professionals, researchers and patients in new or expanding research networks by funding networking events.The second aim of the Networking Support Scheme is to enable or increase the participation of usually underrepresented countries in Europe in new and in expanding research networks on rare diseases or rare cancers. The Research Mobility Fellowships (18 October 2022 to 28 November 2022)

This is open to PhD students, Postdocs/research fellows, and Physicians who would like to complete a research stay at another ERN centre. To read about the previous call, visit the EJP website


Clinical exchange

The ECORYS Clinical exchange programme is available to all ERN Full Members and Affiliated Partners. This allows shorter visits with a clinical focus, and can be used for teaching or learning.
Please feel free to propose visits between centres and contact the office for further information.

 One-week funding packages available to ERN members
 Open to junior or senior professionals
 Can be used for visiting expert or a trainee
 Suggestions welcome; we encourage exchange among members, especially within the Working Groups.
